Business Analyst Job Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Duration: 6+ Months Job Qualifications: *• Experience working in an enterprise content management environment (ie., IBM Content Manager, SharePoint, EMC)* • Bachelors degree, preferably in business, information management or related field • 2-5 years in the role of Business Analyst • Solid history in gathering requirements, use cases, metadata modeling/analysis and user acceptance testing • Knowledge of metadata modeling and data Analysis • Content migration experience (not required, but nice to have) • Business process modeling experience (not required, but nice to have) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self motivated and flexible • Verbal skills should include stakeholder interviewing techniques
