*Required:* Minimum 6 years experience creating test cases, test harnesses and/or scripts Minimum 6 years software testing (functional, integration, system, and/or automation) Minimum 6 years data analysis - ability to understand Logical and Physical Data Models Minimum 6 years working within a heterogeneous platform environment (Unix, Mainframe, Windows, etc.). Minimum 4 years experience using Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum 4 years experience working with testing tools, such as Mercury Interactive Test Director, Winrunner, LoadRunner or Quality Center, Test Factory, Robot. Minimum 3 years experience in developing test automation strategies and its implementation. Minimum 1 year SQL scripting.* Basic understanding of Essbase/Cubes Extensive understanding of various standards of Systems Development Life Cycle processes and the integration points of the Testing Life Cycle processes within it. Proven aptitude in reconciling business requirements with testing requirements. Demonstrated coordination, team leadership, presentation, estimating and evaluation skills. Ability to comprehend high levels of complex details Ability and willingness to tactfully challenge assumptions, and coordinate skilled team resources to document and communicate concerns. Ability to problem-solve in time constrained situations Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills Solid Customer management Application Development Team interface skills.
