PEGA developer *(Backfill)* Location: VA
Duration: 6 months Rate: DOE (Keep it low) *Start: Monday 15th Aug, 2011* Pega process designer required to rapidly prototype user interfaces of proposed features and help create business domain specific workflows with rule based decision logic. Pega applications produced by the candidate are expected to enhance user experience and optimize the daily job activities of Front and Back Office customers. The position involves direct contact with the user interface engineering team to implement the user experience. Candidates will be expected to learn the NEW business model and apply their background to assist in designing new and innovative business process logic in direct partnership with business customers. An ideal candidate will have: 1. Good understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology 2. Good written, oral communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with limited supervision 4. Experience in code reviews 5. PEGA Certified (Not a must) *Qualifications* 4 years of Pega experience including intimate knowledge of PRPC 5.4+ Product Installation and Configuration Detailed knowledge of the internal product workings Requestors Work object persistence lifecycle Application deployment management Security paradigm including access groups, rulesets, applications, and operators Customized reporting including Listviews External Integration Complex Oracle JDBC based integration via Rule Utility Function File Adapter SOAP/HTTP Connectors and Services E-mail adapter Performance Tuning Intimate knowledge of CPM 6.x History implementing CPM within a client environment. References required. CTI/IVR integration Detailed understanding of the creation and management of Intent and Circumstance based process flows Detailed understanding of CAInteractionDriver flow and background activities Driver and Intent Task configuration Java 1.5+ development experience Ability to quickly grasp and navigate data models using common SQL tools, PL/SQL helpful Fluent in JavaScript and DOM 2-3 Years of Experience in Linux and Windows environments Thanks & Regards David.
