*Specific Requirements:
*This position will lead the project testing engagement risk and delivery
quality. The TPM will be responsible for establishing the Test Engagement
success criteria, quality and testing goals, and packaging the assignment
for test execution. TPM will assemble and oversees the project execution
team, consisting of test analysts, manual and automated testers, and
application performance testers. This position will assist the Application
Performance Testing team by allowing the team to remain focused on actual
test execution, leaving the "pre-engagement" to the Technical Project
Manager.
List specific skills/experiences that are required or preferred:
This position is responsible for the successful execution of System and
Application Performance Testing initiatives and the management of technical
teams in the execution of those initiatives.
· Works with core project resources (such as clients, vendors,
technical resources, and overall project manager) to develop detailed,
actionable project schedules. Assigns tasks to resources and develops
detailed and accurate work schedules, project estimates, and resource plans
· Defines in advance the acceptance testing criteria for each
project/testing deliverable, works with the team to establish delivery dates
for each deliverable, and oversees the review of project deliverables to
ensure they meet all testing acceptance criteria, securing sign-off on each
deliverable for Production Certification.
· Establishes the test execution processes to support the project
testing engagement, including setting up WBS, defining the project calendar,
and defining deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures.
· Staffs Testing projects through initial resource planning and
ongoing accurate labor forecasting, contributing to maximizing resource
utilization in the department.
· Ensured accurate and timely resource time charges to assigned
projects.
· Tracks and communicates the performance of the engagement, the
quality of project deliverables and reports on the effectiveness of the
engagement against the baseline plan.
· Oversees project testing resources and conducts technical project
meetings
· Ensures adherence to all government, corporate and department
standards, policies and procedures in all Testing artifacts, tasks and
decisions across the technical team. Works in concert with overall project
manager to ensure all artifacts adhere to all standards, policies and
procedures
· Reviews project deliverables, especially Testing artifacts.
· Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of
problems.
· Proactively manages project risks and risk mitigation plans
· Ensures accurate and timely resource time charges to assigned
projects.
This position executes technical initiatives according to standards set
forth by
· The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in Enterprise
Project Management Methodologies (ePMM).
· The Information Technology Project Management Office (ITPMO),
· Corporate policies and guidelines (examples: Corporate Information
Security Policy, Enterprise Architecture Principles) and
· Functional Area standards

*Experience and Knowledge Requirements*
· Minimum of 5+ years working experience in Consultancy,
Architecting, Design, Deployment and/or support of software-related products
or services.
· Strong Project Management skills and experience
· Stellar oral/written communication, organization and interpersonal
skills and a demonstrated effectiveness in a customer facing role
· Understanding of IT applications in several industry verticals will
be a significant plus
Must have experience with HP LoadRunner, Quality Center, and Quick
Test Professional
