The PAQ response must include a firm, fixed price for each payment milestone and a draft project plan that presents a timeline that includes identifying when state resources will be needed for each of the milestones being completed during this engagement. A finalized detailed project plan is expected within two (2) weeks of a mutually signed PAQ. Multipal 's changes are needed to allow correct reporting of AFCARS data; 1. Limit options for appropriate matches of placement type/sub-placement and placement sub-types as specified by CD policy unit. 2. Unable to document child's location 24/7/365. Unable to enter placement types of "RUN", "MMD" or "MMH" until 7 days after occurrence due to current payment processing (which stops payments to vendors for these types). Need additions/changes to placements/sub-placements options (specifics to be provided by policy unit when business requirements are developed). 3. Ensure NYTD self reported races are reported. Unable to enter multiple self reported races and other information regarding the collection of race information such as Race Declined, Abandoned, and/or Unknown/ incapacitated. 4. PROJECT OVERVIEW As a result of our Federal AFCARS (Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System) Review, there are needed changes to our AFCARS file which is submitted Semi-Annually to ACF (Administration for Children and Famlies). Modifications are needed to the FACES system to allow correct reporting. Each modifidation must have a brief write-up on what code changes were made to meet the requested change, updated High Level Design documents, and Technical Specification's (All will be used by CD to reply to ACF regarding the States AFCARS Improvement Plan.). FACES MODIFICATIONS 1. Modify FACES to limit options for appropriate matches of placement type/sub-placement and placement sub-types as specified by CD policy unit. (SCR-F1) Inappropriate combinations of placement type/sub-placement type and placement sub-type combinations are being selected by CD personnel. Due to the request of additional combinations of legal status/placement type/placement subtype and the elimination of other combinations, it is recommended that this SCR be worked in conjunction with that effort (SCR-F2). Modify/add new drop down lists on FCWU627, FCW627SL and FCWSC627 which will show only the applicable placement/sub-placement/placement sub types combinations and edits to be sure that only those valid combinations were selected. 2.
