In summary, looking for a person who can project manage and also perform BA-type activities (business analysis, documentation, testing coordination, etc.) These 2 slightly different roles being hired on this requisition Project Manager 1 - should have a strong background as a Business Analyst. This role is referred to as Project Monitor. They will interface directly with the business, gather priorities from the business (whether it be enhancements or new dev initiatives..) and they will gather requirements directly from the business and lead the efforts leading a small team of about 3-4 people. Strong SDLC knowledge. This candidate should have solid knowledge of business (ideally derivatives, and if not securities in general). Strong communications, (written and verbal) are essential and excellent presentation skills as they will be in a client facing role. Project Manager 2 - will be in a more IT driven role and the business knowledge may not be as important but still nice to have. Strong SDLC knowledge. They should have strong project management skills, strong BA skills and leading testing efforts.
