Experience with Unisys Communications Management System (COMS). Experience in systems analysis in the Unisys Libra environment. Experience with Program Control and Management System (BL/SOURCE). Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio for completing required documentation. This position requires three years experience in application development programming/analysis.
