The Project Manager is responsible for general knowledge of business processes throughout the company. This role is vital as they are the conduit between business users and IS development and technical skills. Duties: •Lead and manage multiple assigned projects. •Manage projects from submission to post implementation support. •Lead project group from beginning to end of project completion. •Perform business process analysis. •Perform data analysis and reporting. •Conduct quality assurance aside of managed projects. •Develop and conduct training aside of managed projects. •Analyze and resolve project issues. •Minimize our risk and exposure on the project. •Effectively apply our project methodology and enforce project standards. •Identify resources needed for assigned projects and assign individual responsibilities. •Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. •Perform other duties as requested by management. *Qualifications:* Education: Four year college degree is required. *Experience*: 3+ years experience as a JD Edwards business analyst. 5+ years experience as a general business analyst in an ERP environment. PMP certification is preferred but may be substituted with 5+ years of hands on project or departmental or process management experience. *Specialized Training/Skills:* Skilled and formally trained with at least two or more JD Edwards modules.
