This position is for Siebel CRM Subject Matter Expert in Client
place(BOISE-IDAHO) for 12 months

*Job Responsibilities: *
- Siebel - a third party Customer Relationship Management tool, mainly
used by Crucial's Call Center to track customer interactions. A Subject
Matter Expert is needed. This person will provide periodic support as
needed to keep the application functioning until we migrate to SAP CRM (or
other chosen CRM application) in 2012, and will be the SME for that
migration project.

- Learn the Siebel application from a technical perspective in order to
provide Operational support and input for the SAP CRM migration.
- Familarize yourself with and understand the following:
- Data flow to/from Siebel
- Application operating systems, database servers and environments
- Functional flow
- Web logins
- CTI Integration
- Understand how the Crucial Call Center uses this tool
- Work with business areas to understand the functionality used and
build a rapport with the users.
