*Relevant Experience (Yrs) *

:

10 + years of experience

*Necessary Skills *

:

   - MUST have experience in PeopleSoft Finance Upgrade as Upgrade
   Specialist.
   - MUST have experience in PeopleSoft Finance Application Upgrade from
   8.9 to 9.1
   - MUST have experience in PeopleTools upgrade
   - Good communication skills
   - Working experience in onsite-offshore model
   - Experience in UPK installation.



*Desired Skills*



   - Experience in Stat tool upgrade.
   - Upgrade experience in HCM modules.

  *Roles & Responsibilities*

:

   - Responsible for PeopleTools and Application upgrade activities in FSCM.
   - Responsible for Stat upgrade and UPK installation
   - Responsible for PeopleTools upgrade activities in HR.
   - Interact with the offshore team.
   - Support all migration related activities.
   - Responsible for working closely with Client project manager for status
   updates.

  *Generic Managerial Skills*

:

   - Able to plan/track tasks/activities
   - Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
