*Must Haves: *3-5 years experience as a Cisco Network engineer Extensive VOIP, TCP/IP experience (configuration, installation, support) Cisco Certifications (CCNP or CCVP) Networking protocols (OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, etc.) Experience in a multi-platform server and networking environment using an operations ticket tracking system (i.e. Service Now) and network and system monitoring software (Solarwinds, What’s up Gold) Preferred knowledge of Cisco equipment, technologies, and CCO interactions required Proven ability to perform technical network, service and product troubleshooting Excellent communication (written and verbal) *Pluses: *CCIE Experience with Cisco Call Manager *Role: *Will be the primary interface for monitoring infrastructure, customer devices, and troubleshooting Cisco Voice related problems.
