PEAK is an effort that applies LEAN methodologies to improve underwriting team efficiency as well as encouraging process and quality standards across all regional companies. IT support is required to deliver reporting solutions that meet the short-term and long-term needs of PEAK. For the short-term solution, SAS has been selected as the primary tool to quickly deliver the tables and charts.
