- Minimum of 7 years experience in Data Warehousing/ETL
Development with experience in the SAP/Business Objects Data Services
environment

- WORK EXPERIENCE
- Recent experience installing and configuring SAP Data Services
and/or SAP Data Integrator
- • Experience with using SAP ECC and Legacy systems as source and
SAP as a target with SAP Data Services
- • Experience in Data Migration methodologies, specifically around
legacy to SAP migration
- • Experience in Data Warehousing projects
- • Experience in Data Migrations, Data Profiling and Data quality
- • Experience with Business Objects Data Services, Data
Integration and Data Quality Management
- • Knowledge of Master Data Management and SAP MDM product
(desirable)
- • Understanding of SAP ERP Master Data concepts, integration and
best practices
- • Experience in preparing technical documents
- • Experience in Data Validations, SAP Data Interfaces, Data
Cleansing, Data Mappings and Data Conversions of both SAP Master Data and
SAP Transactional Data
- Identification of data sources and write functional , technical
specifications.
- Create mapping templates for field mapping and input value
mapping
- Work with Data Owners and Data Quality lead to assess the Data
quality in legacy systems and document the Data cleansing needs.
- Work with legacy application SMEs to extract data and Map to
SAP.
- Analyze source database - identify extraction methods
- Work with ETL Development Team and Prepare sample data extract
[using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (Data Integrator) or extract
programs] mapping to the applicable
SAP Best Practices content object
Looking for a BODS Expert/ETL lead is Required for SAP Data
Migration Project. Experience in Data Migration methodologies, specifically
around legacy to SAP migration
