Job Description ============================= CRM PM/PMO Lead Duration: 10 Months Location: Technical CRM consultant with a focus on SFA with solution design and project management implementation experience. Pharma SFA experience and Master Data Management (primarily with Customer Master) are major pluses along with having Siebel, SFDC or Veeva experience. • The role will require working closely with the Senior IS and Business Leadership managing the scope, size, cost and time line for a US Veeva Implementation based on a Global Model/Program. • Immediate need is for the PM to help develop an action plan on how to implement the US role out across all Sales Forces over the next 10 months. • The PM will need to establish and maintain an integrated project plan coordinate activities across several work streams such as: Communication, alternative marketing channels and sampling channels(Knipper), Reporting, Training, Mobile Applications, User Devices & Mobility, Servers & Hardware, Connectivity, CRM Support, Salesforce / Veeva Application, Documentation, Concur T&E Architecture / Implementation, Integration & Data Sources, Validation, Deployment Planning, Closed Loop Marketing, and Budget & Purchasing. • The PM will also need to work with the Work Stream Leads reviewing their detailed level plans and associated architectures to determine their feasibility against the project timeline.
