Pharmaceutical Project Manager 6 months Contract Location – Philadelphia PA Job Description Job Description/Major Responsibilities: The Consent Decree Project Manager will help lead cross functional Quality System Element (QSE) Project teams who are responsible for the management and execution of all compliance and remediation projects. Successful Project Management includes guiding the QSE teams toward the successful and on-time delivery of the Consent Decree Workplan. Critical skills needed to perform the job include demonstrated proficiency in business and financial acumen, project management, communication, process management, and performance management. Making the complex simple and representing a true enterprise view are critical competencies. The Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver aggressive plans and in attainment of Workplan goals. They will lead teams to deliver compliant and sustainable systems and identify and minimize project risk. Project Managers will drive team accountability for deliverables, develop and deliver team recommendations to senior management, create and meet all project milestones and financial commitments. They are expected to develop project schedules, cross-functional deliverables and detailed timelines, as well as identify and manage project priorities and cross-project dependencies.
