Role: Oracle DBA Duration: 6 + Months Location: Cleveland, OH Position Type: Contract Rate: $50/Hr corp-corp Job Description: 8+ years experience in Oracle Database Administration Excellent knowledge Oracle architecture and concepts Good experience on Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g R1 and R2 Good knowledge in backup & recovery methods, BCVs, tools and best practices including audit of existing backup procedures Excellent knowledge & experience in cloning databases using RMAN duplicate and other methods Experience in troubleshooting and fixing RMAN backup issues, data corruption and recovery scenarios Experience in performance tuning including instance tuning and sql tuning.
