Job Title: Performance Test Lead Job Type: Consulting Duration: 3 months Business: Accounting Location: Montvale, NJ Project Description: Our direct client in Northern NJ is looking for a Performance Test Lead to develop performance test strategy and test plans. This person will work with other project team members in validating the test environment(s). Will be responsible for: The development of detailed test scenarios for performance testing and obtain approval from project stakeholders. Performance Test Lead will work with business leads to understand concurrancy of load and activity distribution requirements. Develop test data for performance testing and provide clear deliverables to ensure the execution of best practices. Manage defect tracking process, defect reporting, and dissemination of QA information. Understand the business impact (technical/non-technical) to end-users and ensure testing addresses those impacts; performance testing defect reporting, thorough documentation (i.e. test scripts, test strategy, test plans, test results.
