Location: Addison, TX Interview process: Phone interview and then mandatory In-Person interview Candidates must be eligible for full time hire at end of 6 month contract LANDesk Specialist Overview: This individual will provide technical LANDesk expertise across a broad range of platforms and technologies and as such must have a broad range of technical knowledge and experience. This position is responsible for coordinating LANDesk Management system processes such as OS deployment, Provisioning, License Auditing, Security Patch & Compliance of corporate and field devices, reconciling and auditing the internal LANDesk inventory database to eliminate discrepancies. Experience: • 1.5+ years of LANDesk auditing and analysis experience in supporting devices • Proven ability to communicate effectively to executive management required • 1.5+ years of experience in coordinating LANDesk equipment break/fix resolutions • Understanding of general corporate infrastructure & systems and the steps required for troubleshooting purposes • Working knowledge of LANDesk gateways and Agent deployment methods • Previous experience in project managing and systems management to deliver effective solutions in a timely manner Responsibilities: • Assist with LANDesk Audits and analysis • Assist coordinating inventory processes and maintain company-wide agent deployments on new systems • Assist coordinating device remediation and compliance while supporting remote break/fix resolution from a system management perspective • Assist with reviews and follows up with peers regarding issues and data collection • Assist with reviews of all LANDesk queries and reports • Work closely with Security & WinTel teams during upgrades, updates and moves. • Provision assets in LANDesk and complement OS deployment across the Enterprise • Reconciles and audits internal LANDesk inventory records for errors and discrepancies • Manage unmanaged devices as they get added to corporate departments • Develop and implement scripts for automating measured deployments and information gathering Thanks & Regards M D Sadiq UTIS Inc 732 658 9072 E-Mail: [email protected] URL: www.utisinc.com -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
