Experience with some ORM (Hibernate preferably) technology. this is more on the development side DBA, working with development team and providing assistance and consulting on access (physical and logical) database optimization based on access pattern and a very important requirement and key differentiator would be hibernate knowledge and good understanding of hibernate role in development and production environment.
