*Position : IT Project Manager: Experienced in HR Processes and Technology* *Location: Chicago, IL* *Term: 6-12 months contract* * * * * *Phone Hire* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FUNCTIONAL SCOPE Global HR Process SME focused on gathering and accessing system requirements, providing business oriented reports and analytics, monitoring system updates for Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and maintaining the configuration of these the systems as the expert. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Summary Analyze current business needs and HR people processes with a focus on reducing redundancies and continuously identifying areas for improvement within Workday and CSOD. Manage the recurring updates for Workday and CSOD by performing thorough analysis of system documentation make recommendations regarding roadmap functionality. Perform the system configuration for Workday and CSOD. Create test scripts and training material and perform testing for all system updates. Manage security and access for Workday and CSOD ensuring data privacy is maintained. Create and deliver appropriate reports and analytics of the HR data in order to ensure meaningful management decisions can be made with its use. Foster productive working relationships with related business partners. Provide first-class customer service and technical support to the HR and end user community Responsibilities include: • Manage the regular updates for Workday and CSOD ensuring alignment to HR strategy and HR Technology roadmap • Lead and manage all configuration related to Workday and CSOD including maintaining security access and controls • Provide support to global CFHRs and COEs related to integrations and all batch loads of data, ensuring highest level of quality of data accuracy • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement to reduce cost and cycle time, improve user experience and quality with Workday and CSOD • Create and deliver meaningful reports and business analytics • Ensure system issues are quickly and effectively resolved • Ensure processes are efficiently designed and implemented • Manage the business requirements definition and change process for each domain area • Provide a single point of contact between MSI process owner/COE and Aon Hewitt counterparts • Manage M&A activity as it relates to system impacts • Participate in change initiatives as an SME, providing insight and delivering training materials as needed • Interface with third party suppliers as required, to resolve issues escalated from MSI process owner/COE, Aon Hewitt/ACS or the third party supplier • Complete regular auditing of transaction reports and summaries** *Thanks&Regards* * * *Chris Brown* Technical Recruiter Mason, OH Contact: 513-442-4187 Email ID: [email protected] www.nulinesystems.com This e-mail is property of Nuline Systems Inc.
