*Position Role/Tile: SAP HCM Support Analyst *Long-term(Need GC’S OR USC)*

*Responsibilities *

 We are looking for a consultant to be the Subject Matter Expert for the
SAP HCM processes implemented at our client. The individual will be
responsible for supporting a broad spectrum of enterprise business
processes that use SAP HR processes.



 *Primary Skills/Must Have:*

 • Experience on OM,PA, Time and US payroll

 • At least ONE prior R/3 implementation experience and support engagement
experience

 • Wage Types, characteristics, PCE, valuation & indirect, technical wage
types etc.

 • Schemas / Rules (PCR)

 • Analysis / Debugging Payroll Results

 • HRSP / SAP Notes v) Legal implementation / setup needed for payroll in
SAP

 • Payroll processes

 • Data loads / LSMW

 • Experience on - Time Management – Including Time evaluation & its
integration with SAP Payroll, good experience on Time schema

 • Strong knowledge of all SAP HR/HCM processes and their integration
across SAP

 • Good Management / Leadership skill



 *Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:*

 • Experience in Professional services industry is an advantage

 • Knowledge on E-Recruitment is an added advantage

 • SAP Certification is a plus
