1.                  OIM and Directory Services Architect/Consultant
1.1.
Job Description

The candidate is expected to work in a team environment to design the
client's Identity and Access management solution including requirements
analysis, design, customization and implementation of IAM product solution
using Oracle IAM Suite and LDAP Directories. The candidate must have
knowledge of multiple technology platforms and architecture. The candidate
will be responsible for overall project architecture and implementation.
Architect OIM solution components, Develop technical solution
specifications, Perform identity data modeling, analysis, and data cleanup,
Design and implement identity management workflow process definitions,
Onboard applications onto the provisioning solution, Support end-user
training and acceptance testing.
1.2.           Required Qualifications

   - 4-6 years hands-on experience with design, development, and
   implementation of identity, credentialing, and access management
   strategies, architectures, and technical solutions
   - 4-6 Experience with designing and deploying Oracle Identity Manager.
   In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and
   processes.
   - Hands on design, implementation, configuration, integration and
   deployment experience in the Oracle/Weblogic technologies focused on the
   11gR2
      - 4-6 years of experience working with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
      - 2-3 years of experience working with Oracle Unified Directory and
      LDAP (OUD)
      - 1 year of experience integrating OIM 11g with Oracle Right Now CRM.
      - 1 year of experience integrating OIM 11g with Active Directory
      - 1 year of experience integrating OIM 11g with Custom Applications
      using secure WebServices & SPML



   - Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to develop
   client-ready technical and business-oriented documentation and present
   persuasively
   - Strong understanding of Java/J2EE n-Tier architectures, Web Services
   standards, federation (SAML, WS-Fed, ADFS)
