·         Expertise in XSLT, WSDL, XSD,WM

·         Awareness DP Knowledge

·         Good communications skills – presentation and reporting, written.

·         Strong knowledge of integration concepts.

·         Tools expertise and process knowledge.

·         Working experience on managed file transfers

·         Knowledge of interface standards

·         Good understanding of application requirements



*Roles & Responsibilities:*



·         Responsible for the Integration Application Support Engagement

·         Stake Holder Management and Dependency management for the Support
scope

·         Define and Manage the Support SLAs

·         Ensure Incident Management process as per the process defined at
TJX

·         Drive SMTD and proactive Improvement Programs

·         Measure & Report the Support Metrics at regular agreed intervals

·         Incident Management activities & Drive issue resolutions

·         Escalation Point for any Integration issues
