*Hyperion/Financial Project Manager*** *Location: Stamford, CT* *Long Term/Full-Time* *Responsibilities:* Represent Corporate Planning & the Controller’s group in coordinating with stakeholders for cross-functional projects/initiatives Communicate to Finance end users information regarding deadlines, calendar/timelines, maintenance schedules, system enhancements/upgrades & other information as needed. Communicate with &/or train & educate the Financial Planners to achieve high user acceptance As a key member of the Finance team, you will demonstrate your leadership abilities to implement change and utilize your problem solving skills to make enhancements and operational improvements. You will contribute to the success of the organization by helping our planners maximize their use of our current Hyperion applications and help them adopt new applications and features. Finally, you will be critical to our reporting transformation as we upgrade to version 11 and dramatically improve how we currently produce and deliver our reporting to senior management. The primary objectives of this role are (1) to enable the financial planners to be as productive & effective as they can be with Hyperion Planning/Essbase and (2) to support the maintenance of Hyperion Planning/Essbase and extend the functionality to support the ever-changing business needs of the finance organization. *Required Skills:** * This role is to be a super user of Hyperion to assist in the Financial Department. They should have a financial background but be tech savvy. Ideally someone in the finance world who is the one coworkers always went to when they need IT help. They don’t have to know Hyperion perfectly if they are someone who has that IT skill but knowing the program already would be a great leg up.
