Working knowledge of SAP GRC tools (RAR, CUP, SPM) and segregation of duties tasks or management of system roles Strong problem solving skills* Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills (both written and oral). Must be able to articulate complex technical issues Ability to produce polished and effective communications documents Ability to work as a team member as well as independently Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access *Responsibilities:* *Work with SAP business owners and SAP developers to design, test, and transport of SAP security roles to satisfy business process requirements as defined by user roles.* Analyze and solve authorization error messages and problems. Provide detailed analysis of problem and solutions. Provide operational support related to SAP security issues for all SAP systems. Troubleshoot production problems and provide timely solutions. Develop security implementation plans for new SAP client environments, consolidation of existing environments, and upgrade projects for new SAP releases. Support and maintain the Governance Risk & Compliance toolset. Partner with the Segregation of Duties team to maintain Rule Set changes, Superuser Priviledge Management, and Compliant User Provisioning configuration. Execute a role analysis for all role changes and report any SOD violations.
