Cleveland Client is looking for a Testing Lead. The Testing Lead will need to have experience with ERP testing, in an HRIS environment. Lawson experience is not a must, but would be a nice to have. Any ERP experience will be great. Some of the test plans are in place, others are not- or need additional tweaking. There will be 3 different groups implementing 3 different HRIS systems with 3 different test plans and 3 different integration plans. This is a high profile project that needs organization. Experience in an HRIS environment is critical; Recruiting, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition will all be new implementations. Looking for someone who can give a different approach to testing- impose more structure in their current environment. This person will be responsible for coordinating current test plans and testing efforts as well as creating new builds and new test plans. Some regression testing will be done as well. This is a yearlong contract.
