* ·* 7 - 10 years of experience in User-Centered Experience & Research
Design Processes.
*·* Experience planning, conducting, and communicating results from a
diverse range of user research activities, including participant
recruiting, contextual inquiry, user interview, card sorting, and
usability testing
*·* Able to translate user research findings into clear design
recommendations, whether designing the UI directly or working with an
interaction designer
*·* Knowledgeable about interaction design best practices across
multiple platforms
*·* Flexible and adaptable in research approach to accommodate user
availability as well as to fit project budget and timelines
*·* Able to work well in a multifunctional team
*·* Excellent time management skills.
