APPLICATION/PRODUCTION SUPPORT CONSULTANT Location: McLean, VA Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension) Green Card, Citizen or EAD GC *Project:* You will perform various operational checks to ensure that Our Client’s applications are available and performing as expected as part of the Application Management Department. *Statement:* Examples of these task will include: 1. Log on to the system and perform various on line task 2. Scan system logs to determine if any pre-defined error/warning messages are present 3. If application is determined to be unavailable, perform basic diagnostic activities to identify the root cause * * *Required Skills:* 1. 2 years of experience providing L3 application support 2. 2 years of Unix scripting experience 3. Experience with submitting tickets in Remedy 4. Strong Unix skills 5.
