Accelerated component testing, HALT/HASS, IRONMAN/Marathon testing * Duties:* Reliability Engineer at Divisional level. 1. Update program plan, Allocation model, conduct FMECAs for Denali project 2. Attend design reviews and provide input and assistance regarding Design for Reliability. 3. Develop test plans and implement testing including setting up of test fixtures 4. Predict life of components based on testing and system reliability based on IRONMANs/Marathons 5. Conduct failure analysis and suggest design improvements. 6. Responsible for Reliability Best Practices for product. 7. Participate in Product Life Cycle meetings *Musts:* 1. BSME/EE/Physics or other relevant Engineering discipline 2. 3-5 years experience in Reliability 3. Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills 4. Familiar with Reliability techniques such as Allocation modeling, FMECA, Reliability growth modeling and statistical analysis 5. Hands on experience with accelerated component testing 6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multifunctional teams. 7. Self-starter and independent worker. *Preferred:* 1. MS in ME/EE or other relevant Engineering discipline 2. 10+ years experience in Reliability 3. 3+ years experience in Semiconductor industry with sufficient experience in semiconductor equipment industry. 4. Experience in Optics and Opto-mechanics reliability 5. Experience in Software reliability and testing of electrical/electronic components 6.
