*Java Developer w/ IVR experience * Location : Wilmington, DE – (F2F is Must) Duration : 6+ Months *REQUIRED SKILLS:* -Experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation -Working knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/Object Oriented Design methodologies and life cycles -Demonstrated experience with version control tools such as Subversion. -6+ years experience on developing IVR applications with VXML and Java (Intervoice/Convergys preferred) -6+ years experience with application development on InVision, Java, Spring, Struts2, and MVC, Java Design Patterns and JUnit. -Strong working knowledge of Eclipse and Tomcat. -Strong working knowledge of IMO and Log4J. -Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic -Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation -Commitment to Testing (strong desire to perform thorough and exhaustive unit, integration and system testing) -Bachelors in Computer Science or specialized training/equivalent work experience -- *Thanks,* *Naresh Kumar .
