Role will be to design and develop landing, staging and reporting layers of a datamart to support Customer Call Center reporting and analytics. Strong knowledge of current design methodologies, Informatica 9.1 and Oracle are required. Lynx scripting is also required. Knowledge of Tidal is preferred. Resource will design and implement data structures in an Oracle 10g environment with the knowledge that application will be upgraded to 11 within a year. Additionally this individual will assist in the development and implementation of ETL processes (IE Informatica workflows & mappings). Experience with Pharm business, Customer Call Center data and/or SeviceCloud.com is preferred. Individual will work closely with Business, IT and reporting team members to ensure database design supports and facilitates timely , accurate reporting that meets user requirements.
