*Title : LANDesk Management Consultant* *Location : Dallas, TX* *Duration : 6 months+* *Responsibilities:* · This position is responsible for all aspects of the LANDesk Management System and analysis across the · enterprise. This individual will provide technical LANDesk expertise across a broad range of platforms and · technologies and as such must have a broad range of technical knowledge and experience. This position is · responsible for coordinating LANDesk Management system processes such as OS deployment, Provisioning, License Auditing, Security Patch & Compliance of corporate and field devices, reconciling and auditing the internal · LANDesk inventory database to eliminate discrepancies. · Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by insuring company assets, LANDesk solutions, and Service · Level Agreements are properly delivered or adhered to. Implementing policies, procedures, and training that · will help all Concentra Colleagues insure proper use of company infrastructure assets.
