* * *Position: Sr. Business Analyst* *Location: Cincinnati, OH* *Duration: 6+Months* Need EAD, GC and Citizens Only REQUIREMENTS: Experience with: • Complex project experience with external customers • Experience leading JAD sessions for external customers • Ability to drive full life cycle development (SDLC) • Ability to articulate experience with different software methodologies (i.e. Waterfall and Agile) • At least 7+ years as an IT Business Analyst • Must be able to understand the solution requirements, determine scope and impact and be able to triage in a .Net environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with data analysis techniques, data modeling, and data management tools is preferred. • Must be process and quality oriented and a team player.
