Technical Business Analyst(With PL/SQL & Java) 12+Months Contract Chelsea, MA We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team of project managers, business analysts and consultants installing and customizing Clients Premier® Enterprise Management products for State Revenue Agencies. All Revenue Premier® product offerings are built in an n-tier client-server environment using an ASP.NET/C# front end and a Java/J2EE back end on an Oracle or SQL Server database. Using your strong experience implementing software solutions for public-sector collection projects, you will work with RSI’s Compliance Management team to identify opportunities for immediate revenue gains through the establishment of innovative and effective collection improvement programs using RSI’s Revenue Premier® Portfolio Warehouse and Collections Manager solutions. Your specific day-to-day responsibilities in this role might include: *Leading requirements gathering sessions with the client to define business processes for collection scoring, case assignment and assignment treatment strategies *Mapping of collections business processes between old and new systems *Developing software programs for business rules processing *Designing and developing custom html and xml pages (views) *Designing, developing, testing and implementing statistical risk scoring models *Coding SQL stored procedures for data retrieval *Creating standardized reports, letters, and notices *Mentoring and leading junior resources REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: *Bachelors’ degree in Business, CIS, MIS or a related field *Immediate authorization to work in the US. *Experience using predictive modeling for the scoring of new receivables, assignment of treatment strategies, and prioritization of collector inventories *5+ years’ experience with data analysis, including the extraction of database information using SQL queries and reporting tools *1-3 years of experience with PL/SQL and Java *Strong analytical problem solving skills *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Outgoing and enthusiastic personality *Professional business demeanor *Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients *Willingness to travel or relocate PREFFERED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES *Advanced degree *Experience with government collections, including additional government enforcement tools (i.e. liens, offsets, etc.) *5+ years’ relevant Collections experience *Experience with case management solutions *Familiarity with Collections methodologies, enforcement tools, system technologies and software packages Thanks & Regards Kavi Johnson IT Technical Recruiter CAT Technology Inc.
