If interested please send me your word format resume at [email protected] *Position: SAP BW Lead Consultant * *Location: Harrisburg, PA* *Duration: 6+ months * For a 6+ month project in Harrisburg, PA where they will provide technology leadership to implement Client's global implementation of next generation SAP Business Warehouse on the HANA Platform and would include development of a Greenfield SAP BW Solution to replace the current custom DataWarehouse. The candidate will lead the architecture, development, and data content of the SAP BW environment at the client site, consult on service and operational aspects of the environment, develop/ enhance SAP BW data models for BW reporting, data content and architecture strategies and BW reports using Business Objects and other interfaces. Additionally they will lead team development and projects, oversee and approve BW components from development through to production following standards and a formal TEIS release management process and implement report development standards, ensuring that adequate documentation is generated and maintained by the team and mentor the technical work of other team members. *Responsibilities:* • This person will interact with the company’s process teams in identifying and documenting necessary KPI and reporting requirements. • The SAP Business Warehouse Lead will lead the overall design and provide technical recommendation to the Business Warehouse development team in establishing corresponding data models, usage of front-end reporting tools, ETL tools, and technical infrastructure. • Ensure overall system performance of BW are in line with Industry benchmark standards • This person will have responsible of the successful operation of the load process to ensure the overall performance of the system. • Design, configure, implement SAP's Business Warehouse solutions, which include the complex extraction, transformation and loading operational setups, create and maintain ODS's and Infocube, establish and monitor process chains. • Monitor and review BW technical design to ensure they are inline and support our current BI Strategies • Manage all technical development for BW system which includes the Staging Area and Data Extraction Services • Monitor and review project objectives, scope, and technical design to ensure they are in line with current TEIS BI Strategies • Review and approve development to be promoted • Ability to work with a global team • The ability to utilizing SAP development tools, such as ABAP and ABAP Objects. *Key Qualifications:* • Minimum experience of 12 years IT Experience and 10 years in the implementation of SAP BW . • Understanding of core data warehouse concepts and excellent experience in data modeling • Experience architecting Global BW solution from multiple SAP R/3 system with varying designs into a common BW reporting template • Detailed in-depth technical BW knowledge coupled with solid all round hands-on experience including data extraction and report generation aspects of delivering business solutions in BW. • SAP development experience utilizing ABAP and ABAP Objects. • A broad understanding of at least two of the main Financial (FI & CO) and Logistics modules (SD & MM) in core R/3 preferred. • Build and enhance BI objects such as InfoObjects, InfoCubes, InfoSources/Data Sources, Master Data, ETL, Transformations, Update Rules, ODS, Extractors, Infosets, Aggregates, Process Chains, User Exits. • Knowledge and experience in performance tuning related to a SAP BW solution • Ability to manage a small team while leading development projects related to BW • Experience with Business Objects Platform is a plus (Crystal, Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, Explorer, Mobile) is a plus • Experience implementing HANA, Nearline storage is desired *Thanks and Regards,* *Joseph Adams* *Nuline Systems, Inc* Contact: 513-442-4187 Email ID: [email protected] <[email protected]> www.nulinesystems.com This e-mail is property of Nuline Systems Inc.
