*Required Qualifications:* relevant degree or equivalent experience,
knowledge of IT Service Management / ITIL, excellent team work, strong
initiative, communication, organization, customer focus and planning
skills, good analytical skills, self-starter, able to work independently
with minimal direction and expertise in Microsoft Excel. Desired

*Qualifications:* previous experience with ITSM incident, change, and
problem management processes, familiarity with infrastructure, technical
architecture, web applications, and software development processes.

*Summary:*

A motivated individual with high initiative is being sought to drive the
execution of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The person will be
part of a team providing ITSM services for Mission Critical and High
Availability web applications. As an Incident/Problem Coordinator, the
person will be responsible for the following: coordinating and facilitating
activities across multiple teams to resolve incidents and identify root
causes for problems, enforcing processes and standards, implementing
process improvements, tracking and reporting metrics.

**Position requires person to be on-site.
