The contract Quality Assurance Engineer will assist the Database Development team in the successful and timely delivery of quality solutions which meet or exceed business objectives by proving assessments of product quality, helping product owners understand risks, and continuously improving QA processes. The individuals in this role will actively assist with building and maintaining an automation framework in order to expand testing coverage. Principal Responsibilities: • Perform end-to-end quality assurance activities for ISS projects including: estimation, task scheduling, test execution, issue tracking to resolution, adjustment of planned activities/resource/requirements change, and communication to QA and project management. • Participate in Requirements and Design reviews • Document QA deliverables • Develop a strategy to bridge any gaps in regression testing, monitor, and report progress • Monitor progress to targets for development and mitigate risks • Identify, document, and track defects to closure • Analyze test results; prepare summary report; communicate results throughout testing cycle • Communicate issues, risks, timelines, and constraints/conflicts to management Experience requirements: • 5-7 years in Quality Assurance performing hands-on testing with a strong emphasis on testing database structures, data loads, and changes to existing fields and tables • Minimum of 3 years cumulative experience with creating, maintaining, and executing automated scripts leveraging SQL • Experience with 3rd party tools leveraged to facilitate testing including assessment, recommendation, and implementation of tools • Extensive experience creating QA artifacts to demonstrate quality • Experience assessing and implementing appropriate performance testing strategies • Experience driving continuous process improvements aimed at enhancing quality *Thanks and Regards,* *Joseph Adams* *Nuline Systems, Inc* Contact: 513-442-4187 Email ID: [email protected] <[email protected]> www.nulinesystems.com This e-mail is property of Nuline Systems Inc.
