Position : *PeopleSoft HCM functional time and labor consultant * Location : *Los Angeles , CA* Duration : *9+ months* *Description :* The PeopleSoft (PS) HCM Payroll Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HRMS technology/process deliverables, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.1 or 9.2 implementations - full life cycle and upgrades. Global roll-outs with multiple languages is desired. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid & proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Candidates are required to travel 100%. Prefer candidates with global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing PS modules Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Position Management, Succession Planning.
