The resources should be analyst level with 3-5 years of experience in Network/OSS, with conversion experience a plus. However, if you find an overqualified candidate, my understanding is that they would definitely be considered. Skills Focus: -ETL Informatica with conversion background and an understanding of network components. Front End extraction will be in SQL with the backend Database load in ORACLE. -Don't focus on just ETL developers...they need someone who understands client server environments. *Ideal candidate would have an OSS background and branched out into I.T.
