Our Direct Client has an urgent requirement for *"Business Analyst (w) BI & CPG Exp" *for their long term project in *"Winston Salem, NC".*....Please submit resumes at - *[email protected] <[email protected]> * *Title: *Business Analyst (w) BI & CPG Exp *Location:* Winston Salem, NC *Duration: *6+ Months * Job Description:* *BA with BI Tools Exp* *Mandatory:* Strong understanding of the *CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) business processes* in one or more areas - *New Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Consumer Analytics and Compliance/Regulatory needs* · Experience in solving complex business requirements (preferably in Business Intelligence) by designing data models, data processing logic, and user interfaces. · Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis. · Experience in communicating requirements to developers verbally and in the form of written business requirements, user interface specifications, and similar documents. · Customer interfacing, coordination with multiple vendor teams, status updates. · Good analytical skills, written & verbal communication skills. · Experience in complex reporting. Knowledge of data segregation and data visualization *Roles & Responsibilities:* · Interact with the users to understand their reporting requirements. · Reverse engineer manually generated excel based reports to understand how they are built and designing BI solutions to automate those manual reports · Design data marts and ETL processes to load those data marts.
