Ensure the knowledge is transferred and evaluated of the time from time to time and avoid any issues / conflicts toresolve. Ensure that the deliverables are met and communicated timely. *Responsibilities: * Extensive expertise in testing Oracle R12 & in retail domain At least 5 years of experience in Order To Cash ((Order To Account Payables (AP), Account Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), Advanced Collections (IEX), Projects(PA/PJC/PJB)) and Procure-to-Pay modules (i.e. I-procurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable) Experience in Requirement elicitation, documenting requirements, Incidence Management Process, design of test strategy, contribute to the test plans, authoring end-to-end test scenarios, execution of test cases & defect analysis Highly self-motivated, willing to assume responsibilities and can work independently, lead or work within a team environment. Develop Traceability Matrix, develop test cases, execute test cases, review the defects posted, review the artifacts provide their inputs and effectively communicate to the offshore leads and team to keep the project schedules on time with utmost quality. Provide Weekly, Daily status emails to the clients and as well as to the internal Management. Conduct Knowledge Transfers, Reverse KT and performance of the resources working for them.
