*CLIENT: MACY’S *
*We are looking for a senior .Net developer who will lead parts of the
design and development of enhancements to a new merchant application. The
developer must have strong experience in both the design & development
aspects of the application development. *
*The core responsibilities are: *Perform as a technical lead in the design,
development, coding and testing of new application software. *
**Work with *
*technical and business team members to design and implement medium to
complex business solutions. *Mentor new team members on design and
development tasks. *Conduct code reviews and other quality assurance steps.
*Estimate time and work effort to build and stabilize systems for new
projects, enhancements, and maintenance *
*according to specifications, and contributes to the project plan/schedule.
*Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolutions of any project
issues. *Prepare documentation on all phases of development *
*KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: *Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, or Mathematics *Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience or
formal training with one or more programming languages or software *
*packages in a client server .NET environment. *Strong understanding of and
demonstrable experience with OOAD and Domain-Driven Design *
**Extensive *
*knowledge of the Microsoft .Net development platform (C#, WPF, WCF,
ASP.Net, Visual Studio 2010, etc) *Excellent problem solving skills
*Advanced understanding of full life cycle development. *
*Technical Qualifications: *5+ years: .NET / C# / Visual Studio *5+ years:
