Experience testing in apps developed in Java, Perl, Ruby, and other languages. Experience testing in UNIX/LINUX environment. Experience in Java performance tuning. Experience in utilizing both commercial and open source load simulation tools. Strong experience troubleshooting network performance issues. Experience with distributed web based technologies. Experience working in Agile, Incremental & Iterative, Scrum, XP, or Lean environments. Working knowledge of database troubleshooting and performance analysis. Experience in pinpointing the root cause of application and/or infrastructure issues and being able to work with development and infrastructure teams to remediate. The Job: As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will work in partnership with program/project managers, business analysts. Experience Building and maintaining performance and capacity testing solutions using a variety of third party and custom tools in a distributed highly available environment. Be able ensure Developers, testers, and product owners that the performance and capacity of our applications and infrastructure meet the level of quality demanded by our business and clients. You will be part of a world class Agile team working to implement the latest in Agile methods and tools in a fast paced and highly technical environment. Ability to work in a "Hands-on" team environment where creative solutions for performance testing are essential to meet project Objectives. This is specifically what he needs: 1. A 'Solid' Performance Tester who can work, and has worked at level 10 capacity testing (A Must). 2. Who has done 'Performance Testing' of Apps written in Java, Perl, Ruby, and Python. 3. Can do Graphs. 4. Has done Garbage Collecting. 5. Must be very technical with testing on UNIX / Linux platforms. 6.
