The Enterprise Business Solutions Group is looking for a Systems Analyst to
be part of a team responsible for the enterprise deployment of SharePoint
2013 on O365. Additionally, this position will be responsible for
delivering business solutions on the SharePoint platform, as well as the
technical leadership and staff mentorship for SharePoint architecture. The
Systems Analyst will gather requirements, provide SharePoint centric
solutions, have implementation responsibility for the delivery of the
technical architecture designs, strategies, and quality assurance plans
that will be delivered to the business area.

While this resource will be focused on a project to migrate from an on
premise implementation of SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 Online/O365,
this resource will also be asked to assist in providing application and
infrastructure support for a wide variety of applications that have been
custom developed by the business or acquired from a vendor (COTS) as well
as provide consultative and technical support to business users with
Microsoft Access solutions.

Responsibilities

¿ Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business
cases, gather and document business and functional objectives

¿ Implement architecture by building components and custom designs;
prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and
consistency; documenting system

¿ Validate system performance by developing and conducting test scripts;
completing bug fixes

¿ Prepares customers to use IT infrastructure by developing and conducting
training programs

¿ Manage customer relationship by communicating SharePoint architecture
standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and
issues

¿ Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to
leverage solutions

¿ Enhance overall team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery
of solutions; answer technical and procedural questions for
less-experienced team member
