*SharePoint SpecialistBismarck, ND12 +Months Contract* *Job Description:*Analyzes and documents requirements for information systems Develops and/or oversees plans for automated data processing systems from project inception to conclusion, and/or as directed Constructs data models and activity/process models as may be required to define system functions Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for developing programs Develops logical models, block diagrams and logic flow charts Translates detailed design into computer software Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation Enhances software to reduce operating time and/or improve efficiency Coordinates closely with IT management, other P/A's, other Agency management, other Agency personnel, as needed, to ensure proper development and implementation of program and system specifications Develops, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions.
