Please share resume for below positions. *Position:* ATG developer/Production support Engineer Location: Bothell, WA Rate: Open Responsibilities: - Build, deploy and maintain environments for Development, Test and Production users in a timely manner - Receive, Acknowledge and Resolve environment issues from systems, users and production support teams - Manage deployment during hotfixes and releases - Should be able to work in Agile environment - Liaise with Deployment Manager for environment plans - Liaise with Deployment Manager and Prod support teams for any requirements, analysis of environments etc. - Communicate to the stakeholders on environment deployment status - Create, modify and execute scripts for deployments using tools such as Bamboo - Configuration management using tools such as SVN - Installing and configuring, tuning Weblogic, Apache and Java One servers - Create, Manage and Monitoring of Weblogic instances on various environments - Evaluation of new updates for Weblogic and make recommendations to ensure compatibility and effectiveness - Customization of the application servers as per the requirements of Development, Test, Staging and Production environments. - Work with outage management and various other interfacing app groups to identify and troubleshoot problems - Perform day-to-day operations, administration and maintenance activities in support of the application - Troubleshoot environment problems and document resolution activities - Participate and initiate Call to Work processes to address application/environment issues - Participate in production problem analysis - provide specific, relevant production information to assist in troubleshooting the problem - Participate in change governance (pre-review, install and post validation) - Manage, track and report on pre-defined service commitments. - Provide 24x7 support and out of business hours support whenever required. Flexible on shift timings. - Should demonstrate flexibility in extending hours as per business and project requirement - be available 24*7 in case of any critical issues or as per need of leadership team - In event of a system outage, managing outage process, establishing the outage call, engaging appropriate resources and teams, handling regular communication of overall status - Should have strong background in production application support(24*7) and technical infrastructure(environment building etc.) - Accountable for SLA compliance and AT&T process adherence for assigned group. - Review the performance of Cluster/team leads on periodic basis and provide constructive feedback. - Prepare the periodic reports viz. overall dashboard, risk register, weekly/monthly service reviews and share the same with team - Participate in the review meetings with ATT. - Accountable for SLA compliance and AT&T process adherence within specific initiative (aligned to work area). - Possess good project management knowledge with good emphasis on tracking and reporting - Support, communicate, adjust and implement process changes as necessary to enable flawless execution of the ATG Catalog governance process - Participate with direction in customer communication and interaction with the ATG capabilities/functionality and product catalog.
