Job Description: * *Experience with finance, BA or workplace resource (WPR) tools (CAFM, CMMS) required; experience with SaaS-based solutions a plus.* ** Technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform required.* * 10+ years demonstrated experience in business/IT systems analysis and/or systems architecture. * Strategic thinker with technical background or related experience who is able to blend technology and business strategy. * Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. * High degree of comfort working with all levels of technicians and management, including polished presentation skills. * Strong organization skills and attention to detail, as complex processes will require highly accurate implementation. * Ability to conceptualize and translate complex ideas into simple terms; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (including active listening) with both business and technical audiences. * Superior written and verbal communication skills. * A team player who can collaborate and build consensus with a diverse set of cross functional stakeholders. * Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity and good strategic judgment. * Highly motivated self-starter with ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously. *Let me know if needed any help from my end.
