*Sr. QA LeadMilwaukee, WI3+months contract*

*Note : Must have 5+ years' experience successfully leading QA/testing
teams and managing employee performance*

*Overview:*
This responsibility includes setting strategic testing direction including
testing tools, processes, and methods for both project and ongoing
operational activities.  The highly motivated manager will also provide
leadership and guidance to the team responsible for planning, building, and
performing SQA functions for the enterprise to ensure work is completed
accurately, while adhering to schedule and budget commitments.

*Requirements:*
1.Must have 5+ years' experience successfully leading QA/testing teams and
managing employee performance including:
*Develop resource strategies, allocating staff, tools and specialized
support as necessary to ensure that all testing commitments are met.
*Roll up SQA metrics across project, programs, and production, providing an
enterprise dashboard
*Ensure appropriate and detailed testing strategy and plans are in place
for all projects. Regularly review progress to ensure that projects are on
schedule and within budget.
*Review, evaluate, plan and improve existing and future QA tools,
processes, methodologies, & resources
*Experience and demonstrated competency in managing resources, tasks,
contracts, scope, and budgets for projects in the context of large,
enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
*Develop and improve QA best practices.
2.Mentor, guide, and coach other QA team members in order to make sure they
are successful individually and as a team.
3.Must have experience managing using QA/Testing team utilizing MS
applications including:
*Experience in implementing and utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio 2012+ and
Test Manager
*Current knowledge of QA testing methods, best practices, and processes
*Experience in working closely and building a rapport with analysts,
developers, operations groups, business sponsors, and QA team members;
strong customer/business orientation is a plus
4.Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
5.Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective
communicator
6.Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this
project.
