*Sr. QA LeadMilwaukee, WI3+months contract* *Note : Must have 5+ years' experience successfully leading QA/testing teams and managing employee performance* *Overview:* This responsibility includes setting strategic testing direction including testing tools, processes, and methods for both project and ongoing operational activities. The highly motivated manager will also provide leadership and guidance to the team responsible for planning, building, and performing SQA functions for the enterprise to ensure work is completed accurately, while adhering to schedule and budget commitments. *Requirements:* 1.Must have 5+ years' experience successfully leading QA/testing teams and managing employee performance including: *Develop resource strategies, allocating staff, tools and specialized support as necessary to ensure that all testing commitments are met. *Roll up SQA metrics across project, programs, and production, providing an enterprise dashboard *Ensure appropriate and detailed testing strategy and plans are in place for all projects.
