The Technical Analyst will work closely with the Development Leads, Developers, Functional Project Managers, Analyst, and other Technical Project Managers / Analyst in the supported functional areas to execute on business requirements. *Technical Acumen* o Own the understanding, translation, and ultimately the acceptance of requirements provided by the Business Engagement team. o Remove impediments and bring clarity to requirements enabling a more effective development team. o Provide real-time guidance to development team on specifics around requirements and client expectations. o Have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle. * Act as a visionary and strategist through assessing current and future business requirements against our current and potential future platforms. * Provide technical direction to staff, peers, Analyst, and Project Managers. * Have the ability to learn various technical systems, quickly become proficient with the inter-workings in order to be able to provide technical design specifications and direction to developers. * Have the ability to both understand written code and develop code. * Process Management o Manage a resource plan of developers. o Facilitate the development process for both upcoming and active work. o Develop, track, and report KPIs. o Act as an evangelist for the team's processes. o Own the development and prioritization process. o Participate in weekly work prioritization meetings. o Pro-actively plan for ebbs and flows of demand. o Work with vendor partners to meet our development needs based on scale and technologies. * Provide functional leadership on multiple concurrent projects. * Client Relationship Management o Maintain a strong relationship with supported functional areas within the Business Engagement organization. o Serve as a point of contact for Business -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
