The users are traders and various operations teams. - Person must Analyse incidents, identify the root cause and resolve or escalate appropriately, *To assist L1 and L2 support by providing solutions* to new or unknown problems, Transfer the incident to the appropriate Supplier support group. - Verifying the solution provided by *L2* support as required, Perform regular maintenance tasks, Raising change request and implementing system changes, Small enhancements or infrastructure related projects, Participating in development if applicable.
